Returns

Tri-City Extreme does offer returns on items. However new items, have to be in original packaging and unused. You must contact us and return the item within 14 days of receiving the item. All returns orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will also not include the cost of original postage. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.  

Shipping 

All Orders are Processed in 24 Hours. The items that you see on our website are instock and ready to ship. If however there is an item out of stock we will email you immediately notify you of the issue. Most free shipped items except for larger items get shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail. Free shipping on larger items such as gear bags will be shipped UPS Ground. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!  We will contact you immediately if there is an issue. All shipped orders must have same billing and shipping address!

Airsoft Guns

When purchasing airsoft guns you agree that you are over that age of 18 years old and are agreeing to only use them for video productions.
